You can create Rules to filter Learners by their profile properties and to automatically assign Learners with matching criteria to your Learning Roles. No longer will you have to manually assign a Role or try to have your HRIS figure out what Roles a Learner should have. This LMS rule creation feature will change the way you use Accord and allow you to make more individualized training assignments without much time or effort!
