Wisconsin Hospitality Group (WHG), like the overall restaurant industry, is faced with constantly training new employees. On boarding approximately 5,000 new hires a year required a substantial amount of time and money. WHG wanted its training system to integrate with its company portal, public website and additional portals built for conducting surveys and collecting data and analytics.

IMARC was concerned about a training platform that might not meet its needs and wanted to make an affordable investment. Catalyst was using an LMS that was not part of its course registration system. Training in general, and the LMS in particular, required additional sign-ins even after having logged in to the main website. Catalyst wanted a single solution for its website, registration, training and anything else its customers might choose to access.
