Implementation Team

An effective LMS training plan implementation begins with an effective implementation team. Accord will provide a dedicated Implementation Manager and members from their support and development teams. Your team can include primary stakeholders from your training, creative, technical, and HR departments.

Project Planning

Many tasks are required for a successful deployment, and the best way to stay on schedule and within budget is with a good project plan. The Implementation Manager will help identify important tasks like learning catalog and team organization, resources, priorities, milestones and admin training.

Project Management and GANTT Charts

The LMS Implementation Manager will provide ongoing feedback on the LMS deployment status. They will identify and help manage challenges that impact the delivery schedule. This is accomplished with project management software and online GANTT charts to keep everyone up to date.

LMS Configuration and Customization

An important part of your implementation will include system configuration and customization. This is a combined effort where your team will work with Accord to make decisions about appearance, optional features, user profiles, security settings, LMS administration and system integration. 

Learning Catalog and Teams

We will help you organize your course catalog and setup learning roles and profile rules that automate the assignment of custom tailored learning content for employees, suppliers, and customers. Deliver the right content at the right time to your extended enterprise.

Presentations, Quizzes, and Certificates

The success of your training program is highly dependent upon the content (presentations, quizzes, certificates) available to your learners. The Accord team will show you how to utilize your existing assets, create new content and access over 20,000 third party courses via our integrated marketplace. 

LMS Admin Training

The Accord Team will also train all of your LMS administrators (team leaders) on how to assemble courseware, register and manage learners, assign content, run reports and award certificates. Online video tutorials reinforce the in person training and cover more advanced topics as well.

Launch Countdown

Before launching your LMS, we recommend running a pilot program with a limited number of learners and tracking their progress with the reporting tools. You may want to consider a marketing announcement to prepare your learning community and promote adoption of the new system.
